Urban is proud to offer Island Boot Camp, fondly known as “Recess for Grownups!” A fun, progressive outdoor workout designed to take individuals to their best personal level of fitness. This 60-minute class highlights circuit training, HIIT drills, mobility training, core strengthening, agility work, and flexibility challenges!
